Question: How are you different from anyone else?

Answer: We source our properties directly from the sellers and many of what we find is not something other investors seem to reach. Either they never talked to these people or they have just not been able to get any traction with that homeowner. When we send you an opportunity it will always be something new and exciting!

Question: What makes your deals so "EXCLUSIVE"?

Answer: It doesn't matter what the market is like. With the type of sellers we focus on and our local knowledge, we almost always get to them first and buy at well below market value. Our relationships are so good that even when presented with higher offers they always stick with us! That gives us the ability to pass those savings on to you and still make a decent profit.

Question: Are you just going to send me junk like everyone else?

Answer: No. Every deal we go after we expect will end up in our own buy-and-hold portfolio. While we try to help everyone we do have to pass on a lot of homeowners that don't qualify as a deal we can work with. We have strick guidelines for anything that gets added to our list of potential deals. Anything we send your way will fit any specific criteria you provide and direct from us.

Question: How do you find your properties?

Answer: We are boots on the ground. We're looking at deals for ourselves and have developed important relationships with sources for off-market properties. Our small team personally contacts and develops relationships with everyone who might be looking to sell us their home. 

Question: What happens after I join your V.I.P. list?

Answer: It's super quick and simple, request to Join and answer a few short questions about what type of off-market properties you would want to see. If they fit your criteria and it's a deal exactly as we would purchase you can get a notification of that exact deal from our V.I.P. list.

Question: How often do you add new deals to your V.I.P. list?

Answer: We are constantly sourcing and investment properties. We add investment properties on a frequent basis. Make sure you check often. We don't sent a lot of notifications so save our email deals@hampdenhomes.cash to your contacts list and don't miss anything. 

Question: Are you always direct on the deals sent to me?

Answer: Yes. We never source deals from other investors looking to simply dump whatever junk they can find. When we have a deal its from a homeowner we are currently speaking to and is looking to sell right now.
